[Important Notice]

1. Meeting, ending point and tour duration

- Meeting point: Outside of main gate(Honghwamun) of Changgyeonggung Palace (navigation name: Honghwamun).

- Please arrrive 10 minutes earlier before the tour starts. You'll find your tour guide dressed in Korean traditional clothe holding our Time Crossing logo in front of Honghwamun gate.

- Duration: 90 minutes

- Ending point: Grand Greenhouse in Changgyeonggung Palace

2. Required Agreement

- Please arrive the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts. The tour starts on time.

- This tour includes entrance fee, professional guide(tour guide license no.: 2012-01-0035), personal audio device and earphones

- This tour excludes tour insurance(participants have their own responsibility for the injuries during the tour).

- The minimum number of departures is 3, and you will receive a confirmation email if the minimum number of departures is met.

- If the minimum number of departures is not met, you will receive a cancellation email one day before departure (we will not be responsible for the incorrect email address; cancellation, refund, or change of the schedule is not allowed).

- Participation age is 9 or higher, and a guardian's companion is required for all minors.

- You will not be able to join in the middle of the tour if you are late.

- Tour points may vary depending on the weather or circumstances.

- It is not possible to record guide’s explanations or film videos during the tour.

- The tour will be held rain or shine(rainfall per hour must be less than 10mm).

- Wheelchairs and strollers are not accessible.

- No vouchers or tickets are issued. Instead, you will receive a confirmation email before the tour.

- The deadline for booking for the tour is 0 o'clock on the eve of the tour date (if the tour date is the 10th, the booking will be closed at 0 o'clock on the 9th).

3. Cancellation due to the weather

- The tour will be cancelled for your safety with rainfall of more than 10mm per hour or wind of more than 8m per second.

- In the case of cancellation of the tour, we will contact you individually and you will get 100% refund.

- Please refer to the cancellation policy under the ‘Book Now’ button on the product description page for detailed information.

• Honghwamun Gate

  It's the first gate we meet at Changgyeonggung Palace. It has a stone statue chasing away evil spirits in the sky.
• Okcheongyo Bridge

  Unlike other palaces, the water from the mountains still flows. Look for a stone statues that drives away evil spirits that follow the water.
• Myeongjeongjeon

  Myeongjeongjeon, where the important event of Joseon's royal family took place, was rebuilt in 1616 as the oldest structure in Joseon's palace.
• Sungmundang

  This is where King Yeongjo, who was the father of Crown Prince Sado, enjoyed reading. Here, let's meet King Yeongjo who is distressed after hearing Crown Prince Sado's eccentricity.
• Munjeongjeon

  It is the saddest place in the history of the Joseon royal family Let's meet a father who wants to lock up his son in the rice chest and a son who cries for his life.
• Haminjeong

  Let's listen to the story of Joseon's most brutal king who stayed away from the state affairs, dancing here at Haminjeong pavilion where royal ceremonies and banquets were held.
• Tongmyungjeon

  It's a space for women, and it's mostly used as a queen's bedchamber. Let's meet the curse story of one concubine who lived here.
• Yeongchunheon

  This is where King Jeongjo died, and let’s me King Jeongjo's unresting soul.
• Chundangji Pond

  Let's find a view of the pond where you can enjoy the beauty of the palace at night.
• The Grand Greenhouse

  Explore the Grand Greenhouse at Changgyeonggung Palace, Korea’s first Western-style greenhouse.

- 100% refund or rescheduling is possible 2 days prior to tour date(if the tour is on the 10th, free cancellation is until the 8th).

- No refund or rescheduling is possible one day before the tour date or no-show at the venue(if the tour date is on the 10th, no refund from 0 o’clock on the 9th).

- Cancellation of the tour due to the palace or guide emergency: 100% refund is guaranteed.
